There’s something precise and powerful in approaching color this way—less as a prompt for expression, more as a site where memory and relation accumulate. It feels closer to how we store people, moments, states of mind—in atmosphere.

This is wonderful! I am going to do this with my little girls and have them associate the colors to their emotions to further help them understand how they’re feeling and how to regulate.
